Let's Get Some Wheels!
Rachel's planning to buy a car. Real soon. As in this summer kinda soon. So today she had me go out to the used car dealer with her to pick out a car. It was so cool! haha.. All those years going car shopping with Daddy whenever he wanted to get a new car to play with certainly paid off. I actually knew the right questions to ask, knew how a good car should feel. Stuff like that.
Anyway, it was hella fun. We test drove several cars. A crappy looking manual Ford Escort. A nice, but ordinary looking Toyota Corolla. Then hit the jackpot with this awesome Dodge Intrepid. Huge smooth running American make, with a roomy backseat and dark purple exterior. I loved that thing. Convinced Rachel to buy it too. Well almost. We talked to the dealer, looked at the paperwork and she's gonna talk to her parents tonight. If all works out, let's just say that she'll be picking me up from the airport at the end of the summer in a purple 97' Dodge Intrepid big enough to dump all my luggage in! haha!
